Hello friends, I am selected in Nagaro and offered workfrom anywhere location written in offer letter. Project is not finalized yet. Could you please tell will I be forced/need to visit office on regular/hybrid mode or I can permanantly work from my home town location for next few months/years. I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Company is good if you are being hired for a long term project only. Else you know everything

Depends on how much hike you are getting.
Plus, confirm with hr what project i will be joining, is it a long term project or not.
Makensure you tell them that you dont want be on bench.
If they are hiring, they better have some long term project, then its ok.
Also depends on your tech stack.
Don't join unless you wish to ruin your peace of mind, career, and skills

Right now it’s not the correct time to join Nagarro. Company is not in a good shape. If it takes time to stabilise then it will cost you. Better try somewhere else.
Don't even think of joining Nagarro, I joined Nagarro few months back still didnt got project, HRs system is so bad here.
What you see in LinkedIn or Outside is completely different from what exactly happening inside company, Just ignore this company.
I don’t understand. If there is no requirement why they are hiring so much and keeping people in bench. And after a while forcing to fire them.

Don’t join nagarro. This organisation is another tcs and infosys in making. They don’t have enough projects plus their existing clients are leaving now. Moreover the increment is very less. You will put all your efforts, will dedicate your personal life too. But no will give a f**k about your efforts. At the time of appraisal everyone will turn their faces away from you. My suggestion will be to keep looking for another organisation and stay away from nagarro
Very right advice. They are trying to become tcs, infosys with projects leaving and spending so much on marketing, publicising rather than retaining their employees. Funny!!
See their stock price. They are definitely not doing good.
If you have a stable project in Sapient then don't join.

DON'T JOIN, Trust me you will remember my words after a few months/year when you will be on bench.
I wish I had listened to few folks here who said not to join to me when I was at the same place standing where you are now.

mostly project duration is nagarro 3 months or max to max 6 months
If you have another offer, even if it's slightly lower, consider joining there. At Nagarro, the overall pay may end up similar to companies offering less since they don't provide a performance bonus, and there's a possibility they'll reduce the fixed component and increase the performance-based portion.
Don’t join bro ,I resigned in 3 months due to bad project.

Please join, the company and the flexibility is great. There were no layoffs, this activity happens in every org where employees who do not perform after ample opportunity are asked to leave. It’s an employee centric org and you will surely enjoy the journey!!
