I got an offer to join bank of america as a band 4 (product director) and because i have high in demand skills, i was asked how much i wanted. They are basically poaching me as i have already been leading a really high profile project for a year. I asked for the range, and got told that due to the market being tight, they had more flexibility than usual. What number can i give without leaving money on the table?

It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
