I got offer from Jio platform they are offering 30% hike with azure solution architect role but problem is complete work form office and work from government client location..also its 35km far from my home should i leave my current job as consultant of vmware and azure in hcltech with good work life balance and wfh but less salary ?? pls suggest?

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

When renting a condo from an owner, I was asked to pay a $150 move-in fee to the building which I thought makes sense, but then I am being told to also pay a $500 non refundable move in fee to the owner but he is not wanting a security deposit.
