I got offer letter from Axalta but joining date is not mentioned.
They are aware of my 90 notice period &don’t have any issue with it.
They have asked me to provide my expected DOJ.
I have given my resignation& checked with my manager at my current company & they are adhering to 90 days notice period policy& if my project manager is able to find my backfill, then they will release me early
I have communicated the same to Axalta via mail.
Are there chances of revoking offer letter or other issue?

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

He says that he hired me during a bad time, i.e. during COVID pandemic last year, but it feels to him that when I felt convenient i am packing my bags and leaving. I have my thoughts to it, but do you also feel that I am leaving when it's convinient for me?!

Sometimes I feel like giving up and joining a normal tech company. I'm a top performer in my current company, but we don't use these data structures in day to day coding problems.
