I had an interview with EY for an S1 role in GCR tax back in early July. I sent follow ups/thank you to the both my interviewer and recruiter. No response for three weeks. Just got an email from the recruiter for us to have a chat next week. Does anyone know if this is a good or not so good sign? I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
