Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

Ghosting is becoming such a problem for job applicants. I hear about it constantly, and have experienced it a few times myself. I think you just have to always keep moving and not wait around for anyone, even if the interview process seems to be going well.
If they didn’t set up another interview or give you a response by now, I would say it’s fair to assume that you didn’t get the role. You could still follow up with the recruiter though.
My job was posted in July. I didn’t get an interview until November. They offered me the job 4 days after my interview.
It's honestly hard to know what's normal these days. Some companies just work on their own schedule and don't seem concerned about how anything impacts job candidates. It could be that things are just slowed down for summer. Or something may have changed behind the scenes. Or, worst case scenario, it could be that you're being ghosted.
Some HR directors have adorned in this platform that ghosting is normal as they do not owe applicants a response on whatever decision the firm is taking.
