I had an odd experience of being interviewed by AI for the first time, I can't decide if it takes the pressure off by not being judged by humans, or if it's even worse because you're not convincing a real person to hire you..

If you’re currently making 53K/yr and have about 1yr 1/2 of experience in X position and the company you are interested in says on Glassdoor that the average salary for your position is 80K, would it be valid to ask for that if you get the opportunity to get an interview?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night!
