I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Avoid doing such things, this is not a game.
It might create a problem in future.
Talk to your HR and clear the mess.
This is not professional, I will not appreciate this at all.
Anyway.. Good Luck 👍
You should not have joined without serving the notice period. As you were on bench Wipro would have released you immediately in a week or so. And no complexity of dual employment. If you have not got into any project, connect with HR and clear this out. This may be a problem for later employment as you would have 2 active PF account for the same period. Please refrain from doing this. This could be noticed during Background verification and you may loose sime good opportunity.
