I hate bragging about this I’ve been staffed full time on a project for over a year but on average have probably worked 4-5 hrs per day. Stay strong kings and queens, these types of roles are out there. At my salary, I don’t even know if I want a promotion to SM anymore

How would someone coming from mostly retail wireless sales get into the tech sales industry? I have been a top performer in every sales job that I have had since I started my career almost 10 years ago. I don't have a degree which I feel might be keeping me from getting my foot in the door but I know I would be amazing in this field. Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. EY fish - when you are laid off, is it immediate the day you're told or do you get a little warning?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
