1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

Well I recently told a guy I have been seeing I have HSV-2. We have not yet been physical but it’s been heading that direction. Man I hate this part - waiting to see what his response will be after he researches and talks to his doctor. I’m on daily meds which help reduce transmission risk. You’d think that since HSV-2 affects 20% of Americans and likely a higher % of gay men, there would be less taboo but it’s hardly ever talked about. Anyone else in my shoes? Or had it disclosed to them?
