Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

I just hit $200k NW and it’s been 7 months since I made my post (link below) about hitting $100k NW in Dec ‘21.
I’m just mind-blown since it took me 2.5 years to get the first $100k and it’s snowballed from there. I’ve gone from $82.5k TC to $238k TC plus a $20k appreciation on a house I bought at the beginning of the year
Can’t really talk about finances with friends/family so this is the only place I can share milestones like this haha…we’ll see if I can hit $300k by EOY

What do you need it for and if the market crashed could you post pone what you were buying? Under 5 years is usually a no go for the market but $200k cash is a lot to be sitting on sidelines especially with 5% inflation.
That's true. Missed the run the past 12 months. But gotta move on and not miss the next 4 yrs
You just missed out on one of the best years it’s ever had. You could keep waiting or you could DCA 10k a week starting tomorrow which is what I would do.

thats a lot of cash sitting around, but it’s relative. what % is this relative to your entire networth
Need it for house purchase as a portion of down payment. Just bought a house a few months back and plan to purchase another in 3-4 years. I'd be ok to pushing it out if the investment loses a bit in value. But if I see the market crash in the near term, I might also go all in vs dca. For example, even a $5k dca per week would take 40 weeks to invest. If I slow it down, it might run longer. If the market crashes in the next year, I'll just go all in with the remaining cash. If it crashes after I dca it all in, well, that would suck :)
What am I missing?

Whats DCA?
Move $$ to Vogayer USDC for 9% interest. Move into the market if/when it dips.
