I have 3.7 yrs of exp in Nodejs and 2 yrs in Azure integration. I have been constantly applying to multiple companies but I’m not getting any calls. Is it mandatory to have C# experience that is why I’m not getting any calls? Can anyone help me ?

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

I am prepping for a final loop at Microsoft but told Gartner I have an offer to make negotiations more in my favor.

Is it bad to accept an offer from Gartner then finish the interviews at another company higher on my list and accept the other offers(Google/Microsoft) instead?

& Can I push for my compensation without presenting the other offers?

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.

Any tips for good questions to ask to feel out who is the best fit? I’ve worked with great and not so great writers in the past and it wasn’t always clear which would end up being the not so great based on their books.

Is it bad I am not extremely detailed oriented and often think wow has to be a way to automate this? Often times I need to just keep my head down and work but should I spend time improving processes?
