Helps when you realize nobody else knows what's going on either
For real. I feel better when people post these because it means I’m not the only one who feels like this. Accept it and continue faking it until you don’t give AF

My friend, once you realize that this is the way consulting firms as structured, you will be more at ease. 3 YOE experience across multiple projects is actually very limited exposure. Again, intentional. To get the most bang for their buck.
It’s the nature of consulting. If you want skills, exit to industry. After 3 years in a role there, you will feel much more confident.
Agree to this and some level of imposter syndrome is helpful - keeps the drive to learn and stops us becoming complacent. Obviously this is only up to a point...
I've 20 yoe and am still dealing with imposter syndrome. You develop coping strategies to counteract it.
Great you acknowledge it. Keep learning, keep taking risks, and don't be so hard on yourself.
Yeah man, imposter syndrome is serious and a lot of us don’t even notice! I was just talking about it with my manager yesterday as well. But self-affirmations are key! You are a product of your thoughts, people are going to doubt you all your life, so if you don’t believe in yourself who else will! It’s in your veins and bones just gotta confidently show them why you deserve to be there!
