I have 9+ years of workex, got laid off earlier this year and had to take almost a 50 percent paycut for the new job. Dropped from 180k to around 100k. I took the decision because I thought I would like the work, however it’s been 3-4 months and I feel the growth will be pretty slow and not getting enough mentorship. Should I plan a move out soon? The only catch is that its my 3rd job in last 3 years and I am concerned Iam switching jobs too early.

Nyc based. Is it at all possible to make at least 200 base in corp dev or strategy at a tech company? Super burned out but don’t want to take a paycut in base. I realize I’ll never make all in comp the same in tech but if I can match base I’d be content.
