Friends, I have 11+ years of experience and have been selected for a L5 Non Tech PM role. Amazon is offering me 24 base + 8 SB + 200 RSUs. I will have to relocate to South India (from Delhi) for this and probably the offer may not cater to my expenses. AM I BEING LOW BALLED ? as the HR says this is the max capping for the role.Amazon Amazon India Also, how difficult is it to apply internally and clear a L6 interview (after i join Amazon)

Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group is too slow. For anything you wanna do inside the organization, 12 months of tenure is required. Even for promotions its the same no matter hoew exceptionally you perform.
Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.
Give me 1 reason why I should accept the offer from BCG?

DataCamp and Udemy would be my recommendations. Udemy should help you learn the basics. DataCamp has a skills track - Finance Fundamentals in R (I think it’s 6 courses in total) that might be helpful for the role you’re targeting. Good luck.
Thank you. This is helpful!
