Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?
I also have offer from cognizant.

So, I think that you really have to be able to turn off what's personal and what's not. In this job it's never going to be personal towards you, but it is good information when people aren't responding well to something. It's purely feedback. I find the more I can learn to do that on the work level, where it's definitely not about me, the more I can learn to handle feedback that is very personally about me.
Try to remember there's no right or wrong just two different ways of looking at things
Try to concentrate more on why they disagree with you rather than the fact that they do. The more you understand their case, the less foolish it will seem to you and the less offended you will feel.
What's helped me is changing the way I think to focus on increasing my emotional intelligence and validating other people's opinions.
Stop viewing the dialogues as disputes over who is correct and start viewing them as an exchange of what two people believe they know about a subject. Be curious to learn more and to get new insight; this enables you to perceive the situation less as a win-or-lose scenario and more as a chance to develop.
Do your best to defuse the conversation, is all I have for advice. The topic is what matters, not the people.
As you learn more about reason, you'll gradually realize that there is only probability—no right or wrong, no truth or falsehood. It's also helpful for you because you might occasionally be mistaken. Take into account that everything is a possibility.
You need to set aside your personal life from your professional life. I know there's only a thin line. But that's the very first step for you to be able to avoid taking things personally.
You need to remind yourself that you are working. Everything you read is not directed at you. Take it easy :)
