I have a promotion offer of $75k(base) as a Sr. Data Analyst with Public Partnership in Phoenix, AZ. This is a remote role.
I’ve been looking at similar roles via LinkedIn and seeing job openings offering $80k-$120k.
I feel like that’s not a very competitive offer, would you’ll agree? How would you’ll handle it?

Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too.
