Well, I made it to the next round! 😎😬🤣
I would suggest English and to calm down, jobs come and they go a career is nothing unless you have knowledge. If you know what you’re doing you’ll be fine as long as you stay calm, maybe even go for a run before the call to relax a bit.
I’m actually in this same exact boat right now. What’s helping me is knowing that I don’t “need” this new job and I don’t “need” to leave my current role. I’m just trying to think of it as a nice to have, and if it doesn’t work out then oh well.
I do sympathize if you’re really desperate to get out of your current position. I have been there and I’m not as calm, cool, and collected in that scenario.
Yeah, I don’t need to get out. There are things I really like about my job, a few things I don’t like that I could probably change with some uncomfortable conversations, the extra money and professional level would be nice but I don’t even really need that.
I have no idea why I’m so butterflies in the stomach about it, lol. My last interview, for the job I have now, was during early lockdown so I know I do fine on these kind of calls.
Maybe it’s just phone calls with strangers 😂
Congratulations!
Signed the offer letter!
Way to go!!!
