Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?
Zoom

Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I’m here for your job services
Do you have any leads??
Job market is low and labor market is hot. So you really have to stand out to get that. Not sure if you are looking for technical job or pure finance remote work. It really depends on your qualifications and why do you prefer remote only?
I understand and congratulations for being mom.
Yes
That's unfortunate that you had to start over at entry level despite 12 YoE abroad. So even having been at JPM overseas, that experience only got you an interview but didn't count toward career progress?
I'm in a similar spot to yours so it's disappointing to see this.
Yeah its very unfortunate starting over again on the ladder. But it is what it is, I accepted an entry level job just to get myself of value again in the market. I really thought working in JPM will help me at least a mid-senior level position but nope, its just a word/s added to my resume, not even sure if it give weight to my resume to be honest.
