You don’t ask for a referral, you’re offered one.
Got it, thanks!
Maybe ask how much a referral helps and if it’s worth networking to get one. It is worth it, so they’ll either say they will or yes you should. But honestly everyone wants the bonus so no doubt they will refer
Thanks !
Do your research on the MBBs you’re referring to 😂. Focus on the chat and forget the coffee. Talk about relevant abilities and experience. Be authentic. Impress. At the end, ask if the person would be willing to provide a referral.
As a personal philosophy, I don’t refer anyone I personally don’t know and can’t vouch for.
I will definitely do my research! Thanks for the inputs :)
Don't ask for a referral. That puts them in a tough spot should they not want to refer you. Instead ask what the best way to approach said company is since you're interested in joining. If they are up for it, they will themselves tell you they can refer you. Else, they will tell you to apply online or something.
Got it, thank you so much!
