I have an EB-3 petition in progress. Waiting for my EAD/AP card, courtesy of being current for 2 glorious months. But the dates have now regressed, and EB-2 is moving forward faster. So trying to get an EB-2 application going. But Deloitte is refusing to do that unless I get promoted to SM. Currently an M. Any advice? Just stick with my EB-3 and wait for my SM promotion? Get a different job? Anything else I could consider?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I’m a third year interested in retooling from lit to general corp, but they prefer someone with 3+ years of corporate experience. They’re also looking for an M&A with 1+ years, so it may be easier to aim for that, but I’ve heard horror stories re WLB for M&A. Would still try it out tho bc I’m desperate to leave lit, but don’t want to make a faux pas. Any insights appreciated!
