Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Just accept from company A and if you receive an offer from company B, accept B instead of A. Just be respectful when you tell Company A that you can no longer accept their internship offer
Absolutely! It's amazing that you got multiple options! Congrats :) Just be patient and act when you secure all options with both company A and B

I agree with the posters saying to reneg if worst comes to worse. Going into my senior year of college I had a return offer with my internship and accepted the Deloitte offer. I called the hr women who gave me the original offer and told her I can’t join do to issues moving/family circumstances. That way I kept the relationship good. A bird in hand is better than 2 in the bush.
Tell company B you have an “exploding offer”. Quite common for companies to try and expedite decisions when competing for talent
Can you try rephrasing this? Confusing to read
Not a good idea

You can ask foranything, does not mean you will get it. They may even withdraw internship offer.
Thanks for that ! Very helpful !
