I have an interview for a digital marketing manager position, and this round is technical.

I am studying now, but wondered if anyone can give me some good questions that I should study up on that you think a good digital marketing manager should know?

It would be email marketing, paid ads, analytics, and Social Media marketing.

In general, I would recommend being well-versed in the key performance indicators you would prioritize for each marketing channel, and the strategies you would use to improve each. For example, open rate is important in email marketing, so you would want to be able to explain the factors you would look at and strategies you would use to improve a low open rate. For social media, be prepared to identify the channels you would prioritize for the organization and why, as well as recommendations for their current channels and social media posting. As resources on Analytics and Ads, Google’s certification courses have a lot of information that you can review by topic for areas that you want to review in particular. An example question that I had for ads: You notice that your sales team is getting an abnormal amount of junk web inquiries from a specific country. How would you work to resolve this?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. I know titles don’t really matter, but I’m battling a little bit of imposter syndrome.

Facebook Ads after iOS 14 changes.

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
