I have an interview for an EDI Manager role. They indirectly refused to share the interview questions and even asked why I requested the reasonable adjustments, which included the questions. It's not a good start, especially for an EDI role, but at least I can already see what improvement I can offer.

The question is, what are your tips to prepare for the interview without knowing the questions? I will prepare against the job description and the organisation's values and areas of work.

I am being tapped to translate documents at work. I’ve done spot translation audits, and 1 larger Quality assurance document earlier this year, but was recently contacted about a potential large-scale translation initiative for next year.
