I have an L3 Finance written offer from Google. TC $146k in Austin. It is a slight hit in my cash comp compared to my current role. Overall getting a 15% bump in terms of TC. I have tried my best to negotiate and at least match my current cash comp but doesn't look like there's a way they can meet it. My thought is to push for L4 in near term to get a good bump once I get in. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?

Lately, I've been hearing a lot from my peers about how sales isn't a real profession.
I work at a tech startup and it mostly comprises developers. They can't stop emphasizing their importance in the food chain and I can't figure if I'm too humble or they're too arrogant.
