I have an offer letter from Macquarie as :
- Post is Entry Level
- As a Power Bi Analyst Associate”
- Fixed component is 9 Lakhs
- Work from office
- With 3 months notice period at KPMG, I will be able to join Macquarie by Feb end.


But if I stay in KPMG :
- I will get “promoted” to ACon this March
- And my fixed component will become 8-8.5 Lakhs
- Work mode is WFH


Please help me decide what should I go for ? Should I accept the offer letter or not?

How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid. We get four weeks paid and four weeks unpaid. Would like to push for more but not sure how to argue costs side of it.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. But i dont like being in SAP as most of the opportunities will remain in service companies, want to move into high paying product companies.
At this level of exp which field i can choose in which transition is not extremely hard. I tried doing ds algo things using java but no success as the daily work i do on my job is totally different. Due to this i am not getting accustomed to those things.
