Of course KPMG ..macquarie is meh and if you compare you are getting things in kpmg and wfh
Stay if you dont hate KPMG. You can appear for interviews again in 3 months and move with the best hike.
If you are just leaving for hike and you are confident that you will get acon in March then stay...else if you don't like the work or some other issues then accept the offer and look for better offers in 3 months time..
Seniority matters and from what I see your new offer isn't that higher than what you are expecting to get in March from your current employer. If you are sure of the promotion and salary hike in current company, stay (unless there are other reasons to leave like wlb or work culture). Even if you are planning to switch, do it after getting the hike in march. At that time, you can negotiate on your increased salary.
Not much tech work in Macquarie
EDIT :
Actually I have 1.4 years of experience only and getting an interview call was quite tough for me honestly!
I had applied at various companies but never received a response. But finally I received it from Macquarie and cleared all 5 rounds.
That’s why its a tough decision to make for me
I completely get it now! Thank you so much
