I have been interviewed by two organisations and experiencing delay in results disclosures. Although, the recruiters are prompt in sharing the update when requested.
Has anyone experienced this in recent time and know the cause of it?

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). Need help,I am joining @VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?
