Hie.. i shared all documents asked on friday with HR after interview... when should I expect offer letter, any idea? How many days they take.

Any specific and actionable advice on how to better articulate your experience in interviews? I feel like I have been working on projects that are above my pay grade and my job descriptions (which my Manager also validated) but I have a hard time when it comes to selling myself in interviews. I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
