I have completed 2 technical rounds with American Express After 2 rounds the hiring team updated me that they have shortlisted me. But they are not saying selected or rejected. I didn't get any updates from the HR or Recruitment team. Yesterday I got a call From Lead of the hiring team and he updated me that they will see if they can proceed further , again not saying selected or rejected , it's been 2 weeks now since I gave my last interview with Director. Is this normal hiring process for AMX

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.
