unfortunately, that is the state of IT. There is no escaping it if you want to have a shot at being a software engineer.
The grind is inevitable, be it UPSC or IT, and that too without any guarantee, that's how it is.
You're lacking perseverance. Work on it.
There can be many constraints, financial or social or family etc. still, no one gives a damn about your problems. They're just an excuse to others.
You want to get something done, get on with it, no excuses. There's no shortcut, unfortunately.
Life is hard but beautiful, too. So buckle up and fight on. All the best.
I also have taken UPSC exam. Now as BEIT I'm also fining a job in data analysis. One year bond is not bad. Salary will surely increase. Max you should go for one more attempt in UPSC. If Nothing happens you have a job in IT.
And please guide me how to get into data analysis ?
