I have completed my B. Tech(CSE) In 2022, After that I have started preparing for UPSC CSE gave two prelims missed by 2 and 3.5 marks respectively, then I again switched to IT as this made be mentally drowned, I have done C, C++, Python, MySQL, DJANGO, DRF and currently persuing an internship, I am ready to give most of my dedicated time to IT but feels stuck since this companies offering me about 15-18k per months that too with a year bond. Feeling stuck in this loop. Please help if any.

But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

New midlevel associate at a big law firm and still ramping up. I’m having a lot of trouble tackling small or discrete tasks that are either administrative in nature or otherwise because I don’t have a full plate and something to focus on.
