I have completed SAP IBP Certification 2 years back . Now SAP has updated the certification version which means the certification I have is for the previous version. I am planning to switch company now so can I still show in my resme as SAP IBP certified or we can only mention it if the certification is with latest version?

For those that have no desire to ever go in-house, what are the reasons other than the pay cut? Or is that the only reason?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!
