I have completed two rounds in HCL and informed that i have cleared and HR will call for salary discussion and asked to submit the talview form its been 1 week no call from them. When i asked today told like working with panel for closure. How long it takes generally for HR discussion.? Plz help on this

During interviews, I always find it difficult to determine if a firm is legit or if they are just putting on a show. I know that’s not unique but I always do research and it ends up being a gamble. My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?
