What will be my in hand salary? What is Flexible Benefit Plan and are there any hidden deductions in it?

Medical insurance is given on top of this or part deduction from the above and for how many people?

Also, Bonus is not mentioned in offer letter, so do we get bonus in Barclays?

Is lunch provided for free in Barclays? What are the other benefits

Anyone working two corporate jobs at the same time? Contemplating staying at the current employer while accepting a new role until the year-end bonus (12/31). Both roles remote for a foreseeable future. Putting on average ~18 productive hours per week in a current role, so I should be able to add 30-40 more for the next few months.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
