First of all highly inappropriate, but also it's nobody's business. She's made comments before outside of work about how her boss is gay, blah blah blah. I'm just at a loss. Should I report it to HR? And if I do, how do I do it without it being known that it came from me??

A client is discreetly asking me if I can join them as an employee. Should I report this to my manager? If I take up this offer will there be any repercussions?
