Think about why you want to study? If making money and upgrading your skills are the reasons, it wouldn't be difficult to concentrate. For me, I don't want to do what I am currently doing for the rest of my life so that keeps me motivated most times. Otherwise BAH has an excellent suggestion.

Ugh, same. How did I even do this back then?!?
Exactly my feeling right now!
Have several study zones. I find I can concentrate best for 2-4 hour blocks of time depending on task/level of interest. Getting up and switching things up, and taking a short break along the way from point A to point B, and then getting to another place that is immediately suitable to sit down and study helps me stack multiple blocks of effort.
If I’m stuck at home? I have a multiple little sitting areas that I can shift around to (I live in a small duplex and easily have about 10-12 comfortable spots with: good light, good seat, outlet, and hard surface to write/work. If I’m stuck at the office - I switch cubes. Maybe I go to a coffee shop, or a library, 24 hour diner - anywhere I can carve out quiet, get something hot to drink, and plug in. I can listen to music, play games, chit chat, social media whatever while I’m on the move. Once I start each block I note the time; brain dump 2-3 big things on my mind… try to pick the combination of tasks I can accomplish the fastest and get the most done within a block of time - I allot myself a range because I know I’ll never stick to a super rigid schedule, and I accomplish a lot during “wiggle room.” And I try to accommodate my mood - if I feel antsy/need human contact/wanna look nice - I go out or to the office to work. If I’m in the zone already/anti-peopling/set on yoga pants? I stay in. And I look for any small thing I can possibly use to “reward” myself into keeping going. Open a message from a crush, look up an interesting question, tackle a short personal task on the way, get a coffee, a 1-2 minute game. Anything to keep myself task oriented vs overwhelmed/lost in the big picture.
Thanks! This is helpful!

Start by small time increments then increase.
The smallest is 5 mns. I get so distracted watching these videos. :(
I havent tried the big A yet but all these people who recommend it cant be wrong
That’s some interesting insight. I’m mostly struggling with listening to videos. I just can’t stay focused on them.
