When is Sloan releasing interview invites?
Thx :)
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Hi Fishes,
I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Do you think i can believe my DM? Tata Consultancy Infosys

I agree wholeheartedly, I guess they are willing to interview 100 for one position. There was a time that if you had a license in your pocket, you could pretty much find a job anywhere!

I really wish we could have those times back, what used to be a straight forward application process has turned into an endless competition.
Yes, I can definitely take a toll on you, but don’t give up. The right job is heading your way soon

Sometimes its important to take care of yourself in this competitive world

Thank you for this reminder, because I have been caught up in the pressure of job searching and it feels like I keep pushing nonstop without giving myself a break.
You are not alone. I truly think that burnout affects more Americans than we care to admit. It gets labeled as being lazy or not doing your job, but it is extremely hard to get anything done when you are burned out.

Yeah, and I think it is important to always remind ourselves that this isn’t a personal weakness, but a reflection of how demanding the system is.
I definitely agree and I definitely relate. It's tough to find a job during the best of times, and these are not the best of times. It's hard not to feel burnt out when doing all of this ridiculous amount of work just to get no responses.

I keep feeling burnt out because of job searches, questioning myself even though I am putting in the effort. The job search process feels like a full-time job in itself, and it takes a toll on anyone.
I have been fighting to get on SSDI since March 2024 when a bad driver left me with a mostly paralyzed left upper extremity. Apparently with that, the broken C7, 2 nerve root avulsion C8 & T1, occasional inability to use my legs and massive TBI isn't quite disabled enough though. Then there is the pain, With 3 muscle relaxers, celebrex, 2 narcotic pain relievers, and a spinal cord stimulator, I spend most of my time in 7 out of 10 pain or higher. I occasionally peruse the job postings, just to see if there is anything nearby that would be within my physical limitations. I usually get very sleepy, very fast and end up napping before I apply for anything.

So sorry to hear this, this is a lot, and the fact that you still try to look at job postings shows strength. The pain and fatigue don’t make you lazy, they are proof of how much you are enduring every day.
Yes .. many times! But honestly stay diligent & ask God to step in and open doors! U will be fine! Be Blessed!

Thank you for your kind response, I'd do as instructed and I hope to get a better job soon.
