I have joined Capgemini 1 month back still didn’t allocated to any project JAVA MSB

It will affect anything on me or if I didn’t got project till prohibition period end will it affect ??

However they asked me to join Capgemini saying that we have lot of projects and we will allocate you to one of them but it doesn’t feel like that after joining

When you meet with a partner for a new assignment. Do you bill for that time? I’m a new associate, so I don’t know. On the one side it seems that meeting and conferring for an assignment requested by the the client would be billable since it’s using firm time and resources. On the other side, we are just talking about how to tackle the assignment and not tackling the assignment itself.

How do I prepare a strong story for exit conv to industry? My leadership will try their best to retain me. They have strongly supported me throughout my career, so I might end up burning bridges. I want to leave because I don’t want to continue with the project (don’t have option of changing projects, I am a SME, strong knowledge dependencies, been here for 3+ years). Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
