I have over 20 years experience as an executive assistant and am interested in marketing. I have been taking courses in project management so I can become certified. Has anyone transitioned from an EA to marketing or project management? Pros/cons? Was it a hard transition? Huge learning curve or not too bad?

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
