Covid travel question - for Spain I had to fill out a "health control form" because I am connecting in Madrid to go to Italy. The form had me check a box if Spain isn't my final destination (which it's not) and now says TRANSIT across the top of my QR code. Texas biglaw: which firms are offering flexibility (at least two days a week of WFH) going forward?

My firm is saying “we aren’t mandating a return but once vaccinated we encourage you to be in the office frequently.” I am still going to WFH twice a week until yelled at but would like to lateral to a firm that’s more flexible.

How do you stealthily ask for help? Presence Saint is criminal… they billed my insurance over $5,600 for an er visit plus an additional $1,100 for the physician to interpret results of my ekg. I have high deductible insurance and understand that I need to meet that deductible…but the charges to my insurance provider (UHC) seem astronomical for the services i received. I had some chest pain, physician basically said “no big deal” and now big bill

Does this make sense at all? Any guidance on steps to get these charges reduced?

My brother is being committed because of severe OCD and delusions/hallucinations of hurting himself and the people around him. He has no life and has trouble leaving the house. About 10 years ago he felt better and got a degree in Computer Science but can't/will not work and he collects social security. At this point I am just waiting for him to die and not sure what to do as there is always an excuse for not improving his life. Anyone deal with anything like this?

Hi, I got offer from TCS. In my previous company I worked on .NET and SQL and TCS is hiring me for the same. But in my current company I have been working in different technology. In the offer letter it is mentioned that the previous employer's experience letter should contain the technologies worked. As I have worked in different technology in between, does it create any issue after joining??
