Depends on where you’re in life. Your title says mid-level, so this is my advice as someone who once had a very cushy job just like yours:
1) enjoy it for 2-3 years. Forget growing your career. You will regret not having enough time to have fun “when you could.” Just make sure you up it up a notch and use this to your advantage, so you can travel and work from a small apt in italy or a beach in Rio. Use it to start the first side hustle. Use it to start your first serious business that will soon fail but help you learn so that the next one goes further.
THEN, after those 2-3 yrs, find a good job and get moving. Build your portfolio, even if you feel a bit behind from all the fun and traveling - you have “life learnings” and that will make up for lost time. Your next cushy job shouldnt happen until you need it. If you ever wonder what i mean by “need it” dont not worry, you will find out soon when you cant juggle one more thing between kids, marriage, direct report, campaigns, and so on.
P.S. if you are just sleeping and watching TV, then stop. Find a better paying job that drives you.

Yup! Im leaving the country tomorrow!
To me, it sounds like you're career oriented rather than money oriented. I know people who would be fine with your current job and use the other time to be productive in other ways (pursuing their own art, writing etc.) If I were you, I would make that the biggest consideration. It depends how long you hope to be in the field, and whether this turn will propel you forward.
I don’t buy the idea that work is meant to be fulfilling. Cushy job seems pretty ideal!
If anyone here feels unfulfilled, send me a DM. I’m hiring.
I think as long as you’re adding work to your portfolio you should focus on what makes you happy. I’ll be honest, I can imagine myself chasing great work and really regretting giving up such a cushy job. I think you’ve only got cool options though, just be honest with yourself.
Are you me??
Right?? I was reading this thinking DAMN I'm in the same boat...

Why would you give up your dream agency and more money? Sounds like something you'll think on if you pass it up. You can always scale down. Scaling up is the challenge and you have an opportunity for that.
If you're bored with your current job, sounds to me that you're ready to move up to a role that will challenge you. Then again, you can do so much with that free time you have. Explore other interests, spend time with family and friends, etc. So what matters more to you?

I’m in your situation and I would immediately jump for the dream agency job for $30K LESS.
Lmaooo where are you at rn?? Asking for a friend
Well if you leave count me in as a replacement. I've been on the market for 4 months after leaving a toxic agency ran by nepotism and will take anywhere there is a great team environment.
Dang, can I get that job? I have about 10 side hustle ideas I’d love to devote that extra time to.
Have you thought about trying to buy like an investment property or freelancing or something? I’ve got a Nerf job too but would like to be doing a little more.

You get kicked to the curb in 24 months, not only did you miss out of creating interesting work at your dream agency but you’ve become that dude in The World’s Biggest Asshole ad.
Ugh I feel this in my soul!! Honestly, I would rather feel excited in a role than have the "cushy" job. Easy to say now when I have the cushy role but I want to feel passionate about what I am working on.
I need this cushy job!!!
