I have round 2 of an interview this week with an Internal Operations Director for an Account Executive role. Is it looked down upon to ask the recruiter who set up this interview what kinds of questions I may be asked? I want to prepare as best I can but have no idea what kinds of questions I may be asked

Definitely ask the recruiter - can’t hurt. When I’m interviewing others for junior roles I look for a few things to come through...work ethic, positive/collaborative approach and overall passion for the business and to keep learning/growing. The thing that’s most important however is personality and team fit. Make sure you show you’re personable, can carry on a good conversation and inquisitive. Think about how to pitch yourself in 60 seconds when asked. ..What have you been doing and what are you looking for next? Other typical questions you’ll find - what excites you about this opportunity? How would your team describe you? Tell me about a time when you met challenge and how did you overcome. When you’ve had a good day, what does that look like at the end of the day? What would you say are your weaknesses? Make sure you come prepared with your own questions. But again, let your true self come through in your approach and try to be as genuine/natural as possible. Good luck!

Any places hiring SR AD / ACD?

need advice.

I have been working in an interim role as a portfolio manager. I was promised that the role would be mine. However, after doing the job for 2 months, I have been advised that we might not get the funding for the role and I might not get the raise and the title but my responsibilities will be the same.

Its a political minefield.

How should I back out elegantly that I need to be compensated fairly and competitively from this mess without burning any bridges
