I have the greatest interview of my life so far. A HUGE opportunity for me. Its a leadership role even though i have been an individual contributor/consultant for the past 10 years. Can someone please give me examples of questions I need to prepare for? I would like to think i know what good leadership is. But i have never interviewed for such a role and need guidance.

In light of crime trends, pandemic, work-life priorities, I'm trying to assess if taking a hybrid NYC job (as someone working remotely from NJ now) is worth the headache.
