I am working as a product manager in a NBFC, but it's more of a transition role(they call it PMO, but it's not a PMO role. Because I have been part of PMO previously). I want to break into a full-fledged product role. Have worked as a BA/Project Manager earlier.

One of my friend, who is a MBA passout got two offers:
1. Pre-sales Associate Consultant role (Cloud technology) in Infosys
2. Associate Consultant (Management Consulting- Financial Management) in KPMG
Both are offering about the same. Difference is not much.

I am more concerned about the role and growth prospects.

I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Hello, I have a quick one regarding interviewing/salary. Currently interviewing for A&M, I have already asked for some initial money but the interviews are progressing pretty good and I’ve realized the position is more complex than originally thought. At what point could I bring up the salary again, considering these factors? Like, can I let them know I would actually ask for more money than the original discussed? I’d do it sooner than later so no one wasted their time- thoughts?

I've been full time remote for 4 years. This week I interviewed for an internal position that was listed as open to any US office location. HR told me I would have to work out of the nearest office (3 hours from my home) even though the position supervisor, client, and entire team, are located in another state. Their reasoning is "This is not a remote position." Um ok, good luck filling that vacancy.
