I inherited a PM role at a marketing agency a few years ago and it wasn't structured like Agile PM or anything at a SaaS company. I was coordinating/managing editorial, social media, design, digital etc. So now I'm jobless, trying to find a new role as a PM but everything I see requires a PMP certificate and tons of experience in a SaaS environment. What search terms should I use to find a PM-type role in marketing/advertising?

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Any help would be appreciated.
