I interviewed for the Senior Client Services Manager Carrier Practice with Gallagher Just wanted to see if this is a role anyone recommends very hesitant on possibly accepting don’t want to run into a situation where I’m over worked and constantly on the phone or emailing like I am as an adjuster now.

Do certifications like Cloud Solution Architect (Associate or Pro) help in getting interview calls for AWS positions at Amazon or elsewhere if you have no cloud experience?

Re-invited to interview at BCG but also want to cast a wide net and apply for Mck and Bain. However got rejected last year this time at the resume screen stage. I’ve changed firms since I last applied (to a well known boutique) - is this sufficient or am I still frozen?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...

Any advice on renegotiating my salary? I’m a compounding pharmacist and i also float to other stores while also being solely responsible for the compounding pharmacy.
