I joined Wipro 2 weeks back for B3 band (28LPA)- Java backend developer, 8 years of experience. HR told I was directly recruited for the project. But once joined got to know I was put in bench and getting calls from different account like SPGI. I started giving client interviews for SGPI account and expectation is somewhat high like directly recruiting for their company, unable to clear 2to3 client interviews for different project. Now feel like trapped in bench and feeling guilt of joining here

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
