When you're trying to get a raise it's almost always better to make it about yourself and how you've grown in the job and you're a great asset to the organization. If you bring up someone else's salary it probably won't go well. The official line is usually that people get paid what they're worth and it's no one's business what someone else is making. To avoid getting bogged down in that, just make it about yourself and your contributions.
That’s an absolutely great way to go about it, I’m just a bit annoyed right now!
Call the BBB they will take care of it
Definitely talk to your manager about it. Although I guess consider who has more overall experience or has been with the organization longer. If it’s the same for both of you, then you should expect fair pay,if they have more overall experience then it’s not that surprising.
Definitely book in a meeting with your manager, it’s not right at all!
Absolutely might!
It’s definitely good to bring it up with your manager, just to get an idea of why and see if there’s anything you can do to get yours up too.
