I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.

Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. That's pretty shitty, right before holiday. I guess at least you got maternity benefits from them and another 4 weeks paid no work with baby. It is their loss.

I don't think they would schedule it with you ahead of time though. HR normally pops up in a scheduled meeting with a partner, or the entire meeting is a surprise

when was the last time anyone meet with HR alone? did you recall sexual harassing one of your coworkers?

You can't fire someone while actually out on maternity leave. You can fire them when they get back though.
Well I know a few other people that had discussions with the same individuals today and they're being laid off. Sounds like I am too.
