I just had a first round interview with HR. It’s a large company with tons of reviews about what the interview process so I expected to get behavioral questions. In reality the person spent the first 10 minutes explaining what the role is not. They could not answer specific questions about the role and only asked me two specific questions about my current job and 1 behavioral question and then went into salary/benefits. Is it typical to still go over salary if they don’t expect to move forward?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Stub year in a free market firm frustrated about hours. Everyone was complaining about being slow last month, but it seems most passed 100 hours and I only got 60.
