I just want to brag for a sec. I had a baby in November 2019, maternity leave till March 2020, never went back to an office and continued to gain weight/not lose baby weight. Made me feel 😞. I just started setting small, manageable goals and today hit my first one - down 4 pounds in 4 weeks!! So thrilled and motivated to keep going 💪🏼

I have a tax question. My father in law passed away in 2020 and we inherited his house. We are still in the probate process and we haven't got the house title. However, we have been paying the mortage and interest since we inherited the house. We filed the tax return for deceased person last year. I considered recruiting but I’m jaded based on my interactions with most. Public accounting is a decent spot for me but I’m wanting a more consistent schedule of 40-50 and the self centered/dog eat dog culture of my firm continues to crush my soul more and more the longer I stay.
